These terms describe use of Objective Baseball, a private personal assistant, and its informational website.

Private access

The assistant is available only to the owner and expressly authorized adults. This website does not provide public registration, a paid subscription or access to private calendars. Visiting this website does not grant permission to use the private application.

Authorized use

Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Use the application lawfully and respect the privacy of people mentioned in emails and schedules. Do not use it to obtain unauthorized information, bypass account protections or distribute another person’s private data.

Permissions and actions

Connected account access is governed by the permissions you approve and can be revoked through your account provider. Read-only email permission does not authorize sending or deleting messages. Calendar changes and reminder delivery are separate capabilities controlled by the operator’s configured approval rules. Their availability on a particular day is not guaranteed.

Check important details

AI interpretations, event matching, travel estimates and reminders can be incomplete or incorrect. Confirm important times, locations, cancellations and responsibilities with the original organizer. The application is not an emergency service and does not replace adult supervision or direct communication about a child’s care.

Privacy

The privacy policy explains email access, AI processing, local storage and deletion. Do not submit sensitive information to this public website; it has no application input or upload forms.

Availability and responsibility

The website and private application are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted service, error-free output or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on incorrect or missing automated information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and ending access

The operator may change, suspend or discontinue the private application. You may stop using it and revoke connected account access at any time. Stored data deletion is handled as described in the privacy policy. These terms may be updated when the service changes.
