Privacy policy

Objective Baseball is a private personal application. It uses an AI agent to help organize activity and family schedules. It is not a public registration service.
Information the application accesses
When the owner authorizes email access, the application may retrieve message headers, sender and recipient details, subjects, message bodies, message and thread identifiers, and relevant attachments. Messages can contain activity schedules, locations, participant names and other personal information. Email acquisition can include messages that are later determined to be unrelated to scheduling.
The family scheduling integration uses email read-only access. That permission does not authorize sending or deleting email messages. Separate Google connections, if enabled by the owner, must be considered according to their actual granted permissions. The application also uses locally available calendar events and planning preferences to calculate activity plans.
How information is used
Authorized information is used to identify events and corrections, distinguish participant activities from coaching duties, prepare schedule proposals, detect duplicates and calculate preparation and travel reminders. Google authorization is handled through OAuth; the application does not ask for your Google password.
AI processing and service providers
The current family assistant configuration uses a language model running on an operator-controlled local network server to interpret email content. Relevant email content and derived schedule details may be processed by that server. Any proposed change to an external AI provider must be disclosed and authorized before Google user data is sent there.
Google provides the connected email and authorization services. This public information website is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting, which processes technical request information needed to deliver and secure the site. The public site contains no private email, tokens or calendar data. It has no advertising, analytics scripts, registration forms or application login.
Storage, retention and deletion
OAuth credentials, acquired messages, interpretation files, calendar mappings and run reports are stored on systems controlled by the operator. Local backups may contain copies of application data. There is currently no automatic fixed deletion period; data remains until the operator removes it or replaces it under a retention process.
To request removal of stored messages, derived schedule data, reports or credentials, contact objectivebb@gmail.com. The operator will identify and remove applicable active copies and address retained backups. Revoking connected account access stops future authorized API access but does not itself delete information already stored locally.
Sharing and limited use
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI models. It is used for the private scheduling features described here. The owner may expressly authorize selected schedule information to be added to a shared family calendar or delivered as a reminder; this does not authorize publishing raw email content on this website.
Objective Baseball’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or necessary to investigate security incidents.
Access and security
Access is restricted to the operator and authorized adults. OAuth tokens and private data are kept outside this website’s public hosting directory. No system can guarantee absolute security. Public website visitors do not receive access to the private assistant.
Children’s information
This is an adult-operated personal planning tool, not a service offered directly to children. Authorized emails and calendar entries may refer to children’s activities. These details remain in the private application and are not displayed on this public website.
Your choices
You can revoke access through Google Account connections. You can also stop the assistant’s local jobs and request deletion using the contact below. New permissions or materially different data uses require an updated disclosure and authorization.
